1. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary by location, and you’ll see the exact details at checkout.


2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Most products are made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production, plus shipping time. Art prints and originals may take a little longer due to extra care in packaging.


3. What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase! If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days and we’ll make it right. Because many of our items are made to order, we can’t accept returns for reasons other than damage or error.


4. Are the art prints signed?

Each Limited-Edition Fine Art print is signed and numbered by Tatyana and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. This ensures your artwork is a genuine collector's piece.

Some editions are hand-enhanced with acrylic paint by Tatyana herself, making every piece unique.

Open Edition Prints and other products are not signed or hand enhanced, but all details are always clearly listed on the product pages.

5. What is Hand-Enhanced Edition Print?

The Hand-Enhanced Collector's Editions are more than a fine art print — it’s a one-of-a-kind collectible.

Each piece begins as a museum-quality giclée print. Then, Tatyana personally layers acrylic paint onto the surface, adding texture, depth, and unique details. Every brushstroke makes the print unlike any other, blurring the line between reproduction and original.

Signed, numbered, and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity, these editions are available in extremely limited numbers.

6. Do you offer custom commissions?

Yes, depending on availability. If you’re interested in a custom painting, fashion sketch, or illustration, please reach out through our contact form.


7. When will your children’s book be available?

The book is currently in development, and we can’t wait to share it with you! Subscribers to our email list will be the first to hear about launch dates, previews, and special editions.


8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods offered at checkout.


9. Do you offer gift options?

Yes! Many of our products make wonderful gifts. At checkout, you can add a gift note, and prints are shipped in protective packaging that’s easy to wrap.

10. What is your Policy on Returns / Exchanges / Refunds?

We will provide a no charge replacement or refund for any quality issues. We may request to have the presentation / order returned to us and would provide a return shipping label. We do not provide a refund based on customer preference. We will provide a refund or a no charge replacement for any orders damaged in shipping. For a refund or replacement, please contact us. There’s a 15% restocking fee that is applied for any order canceled or exchanged.

Can I cancel my order? 

Unless your order has already gone into production you can cancel it. Please contact us  as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. 

How long does it take to process a refund? 

Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days.
